Vlaxyronaz is committed to providing a straightforward and fair returns experience. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through vlaxyronaz.world and complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return under our extended policy:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, sealed condition
  • The original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

4. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used food supplement products
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery due to mishandling
  • Products returned without prior notification to our customer service team

  3. Securely package the item and return it to the address provided
  4. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

If you are returning a product because it is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the cost of return postage. In all other circumstances (including cancellation within the cooling-off period and returns under our extended policy), return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you exercised your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will also refund the standard delivery cost. We do not refund premium or express delivery charges.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund for products that do not conform to contract.
